NC Education Bills – See Whats Been Signed So Far

Education BillsDozens of education bills were introduced during the past legislative session at the North Carolina General Assembly.

Many were signed into law during the session, some were recently signed by the governor.

While many of these education bills passed under their original bill numbers, some were dissected and portions placed into other bills.

Such was the case with the teacher background check bill, HB 117. Portions of HB 117 were inserted into Senate Bill 599.
